Furthermore we cannot guarantee that any product packaging may be changed by manufacturers without notice to us. In the event of this happening we will send the updated packaging if the old version is no longer available.
Payments
Secure Payments made by credit or debit card are handled via Sage Pay or Paypal online. Goods will be dispatched when payment has cleared.
Stock
All our products available to purchase are held in stock but should the goods ordered be out of stock at any stage or not expected back in stock within seven days you will be notified by email and given the option of a) waiting for more stock to arrive b) other goods of the same value to be sent in replacement or c) a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same format as the payment being made.
Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed and payment completed, your Goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible.
Your goods will be sent by either DHL Courier or Royal Mail 1st class. All items purchased before 4pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail 1st class, other than DHL courier items where the cut off time is 3:30pm for next day delivery. We will estimate delivery dates based on the items and the shipping option chosen. Goods ordered on Fridays after 4pm will be dispatched the following Monday. DHL courier orders that are sent on Fridays will arrive the following Monday as they do not make weekend deliveries.
If your item has not arrived after 5 working days please contact Peak Tanning and Beauty Supplies Ltd and we will do our upmost to help. If you are expecting a Royal Mail delivery please check at your local Royal Mail collection office to check before contacting us.
Even though we do our very best to get the goods to you as soon as possible delivery times can be by no way guaranteed. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and failure of sending goods within 14 days a refund will be issued
In the unlikely event of the incorrect goods being sent out they must be returned in the exact same condition as they were received. Please notify Peak Tanning and Beauty Supplies Ltd on 01335 347738 as soon as possible and Peak Tanning and Beauty Supplies will kindly ask the customer sends them back and the postal costs refunded.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, then a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.
If goods can’t be delivered due to the customer being out, a card left by the courier or unattainable in anyway then again a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us
Peak Tanning and Beauty Supplies Ltd only deliver to the UK (including Northern Ireland) addresses at present.
Cancellations
Any cancelations will be refunded in the same manner as the payment being made within 14 days
Such cancellations are only honoured once the goods are returned to us (if sent) in the exact same condition as received. All costs encored in returning the goods must be covered by the customer.
Prices
Even though we try to ensure our prices are always up to date situations beyond our control may arise where the prices are subject to change.
Returns
Please contact Peak Tanning and Beauty Supplies Ltd on 01335 347738 before returning any item.
If for some reason you wish to return products to us then any expenditure incurred in doing so i.e. postal costs must be borne by the customer. The goods must be returned within seven days and in exactly the same condition as they were sent. Peak Sunbed Ltd reserves the right to use their discretion when issuing a refund at this stage in relation to the condition of the goods returned.
No refunds will be given for any items that have been tampered with in anyway. Postage will be covered by us if the incorrect items were sent or if we were at fault.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. For suitability please contact the manufacturer. Used items cannot be returned unless faulty or in mutually agreed exceptional circumstances.
Law and Jurisdiction
The contract shall be governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.

Damages
All goods MUST be checked upon receiving them. In the unlikely event of the goods being damaged during transit they MUST NOT be signed for. Peak Tanning and Beauty Supplies Ltd reserve the right to not issue a refund once the goods have been signed for. If a claim is to be made against the delivery company for damages encored during transit then a refund will not be made to the customer until the said company has refunded Peak Tanning and Beauty Supplies Ltd. If a refund of this nature is being sought and is not issued by the delivery company then Peak Tanning and Beauty Supplies Ltd will not issue a refund to the customer.
If the goods have been found to have a manufacturing defect they must be returned in the exact same condition as being received within 7 days.

Access
Use of our Trade area of our website is restricted. Please only order through part of this website if you can verify business status. The Trade prices cannot be seen until we verify and approve your trade application. If you do not qualify for Trade inclusion we reserve the right not to supply goods without giving reason. For most items you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply to items that have been altered upon request, have missing labels or show signs of being used. Goods must be returned with 7 days. Please ask for a ‘Proof of Postage Certificate’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit. If you have incorrectly ordered the wrong item we can exchange the item subject to stock availability, however additional postage will apply.
Any item returned within the time frame will be refunded in the same method of payment that you original chose. An email will also be sent to confirm the receipt of the item and the date the refund was processed.
